Troubleshooting
I don’t have the design ready yet, what should I do?
We prepared for you a couple of examples in our Showcase, you can see them on the link below. Also, you can duplicate them from our UI kit and use them.
I clicked the import page, but it’s just loading - Absolute position
If your page is stuck loading, it could be due to elements with absolute positioning, which are currently not supported. We're working on a solution. In the meantime, we recommend using relative positioning or adjusting your layout to avoid absolute positioning.
I clicked the import page, but it’s just loading - Complex vectors
If your page is stuck loading after importing, it may be due to complex vector illustrations, which are not yet supported. We’re working on a solution. In the meantime, we recommend exporting these vectors as PNGs and importing them that way.
I clicked the import page, but it’s just loading - Non Google fonts
If your page is stuck loading, it may be due to non-Google fonts, which are not yet supported. We’re working on a solution. In the meantime, we suggest using Google Fonts for your design.
I clicked import page, but it’s just loading - Groups and non auto layout frames
If your page is stuck loading, it could be due to groups or frames without auto layout, which are not fully supported. We’re working on a solution. In the meantime, we recommend using auto layout for all frames and avoiding groups without it.
I got error for multiple styles text layers, what should I do?
We currently do not support a single text layer with multiple styles.
Divide them into 2 or more layers and then import the page.
We are working on this fix, and it will be released soon.
